Qualifications

• Upperclass Industrial Design student with a 3.0 GPA or higher and prior internship experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with commitment to high-quality, beautiful design.
• Receptive to team feedback and able to apply it to project development.
• Passion for sketching and ideation as a core design skill.
• Proficient CAD in Rhino or SolidWorks Surfacing.

Responsibilities

• Research: competitive analysis, user observation, and concept validation.
• Concept Generation: individual and team brainstorming, including FlightDay concept.
• Concept Sketching: communicate ideas clearly to the team.
