Job summary

Georgia Tech's School of Industrial Design seeks a Full-Time Instructor to teach foundational and advanced design courses, mentor student work, and contribute to curriculum development across interdisciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates will have a graduate degree in Industrial Design and experience in modern design workflows, AI-assisted design tools, and product development from concept to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Industrial Design or closely related field.
• Experience teaching foundational design studios and technically intensive lecture/lab courses.
• Ability to lead curriculum development and revise courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach ID foundation courses, technical lecture/lab courses, and advanced studios.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate projects and support interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Contribute to accreditation and assessment initiatives and support school strategic goals.
