You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and vendors to turn customer needs into innovative product ideas and document design intent.

This role emphasizes quality, ownership, and teamwork, with international travel up to 10% and a focus on ergonomics, manufacturing processes, and scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design with 1.5 to 4 years of Industrial Design experience.
• Strong sketching and traditional drawing skills, plus CAD capabilities.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and KeyShot.
• Ability to translate customer needs and ergonomics into design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative user-centered concept ideation through discovery research, data visualization, problem framing, sketching, 3D rendering, and prototyping under guidance.
• Assist higher-level designers with high impact design tasks and learn from their guidance.
• Apply design skills including sketching, CAD modeling, CMF understanding, and 3D visualization.
• Develop industrial design specifications and analyze intended product use to optimize function and value.
