PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to own the design and execution of complex predictive, optimization, and machine learning models for large-scale utility contracting projects.

You will build data products, work with project managers and operations teams, and communicate results to leadership. The role requires independent work and collaboration across silos to ensure data-driven decisions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with production ML experience.
• Familiarity with Databricks and cloud ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based data pipelines for analytics.
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive and optimization models.
• Communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
