Job summary
Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead industrial data and analytics engagements in the United States. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, translate technical work into practical delivery plans, and maintain client-facing delivery communications.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data platform delivery, experience with OT and industrial data, and a background in cloud data platforms with Databricks and AWS.
Qualifications
- Experience as a data platform architect, senior data engineer, or similar technical delivery leader.
- Background leading delivery on industrial data, manufacturing analytics, OT, or related data platform programs.
- Experience coordinating/leading work across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of total experience in consulting and/or industry.
- Willingness to travel ~50% depending on client and assignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead core delivery execution for industrial data and analytics engagements.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and manage client-facing delivery communications.
- Translate technical work into practical delivery plans and ensure timely execution.
- Review offshore data engineering output and guide architectural corrections.
- Collaborate with Databricks and AWS alliance architects on platform design.
