Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Andover, MA seeks a data analytics engineer to create visualization and statistical tools for factory data and to convert non-standard test data into standardized formats. You will work with customers to reduce process variation and improve test yields in a fast-paced environment using agile methods.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years). Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum five years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum three years.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Perl, C, C++, C#, Java, etc.).
• Experience with web application development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data visualization and statistical analysis tools to understand factory data.
• Write scripts to convert non-standard test data into a standardized text-based format.
• Work with customers to ensure their data is used to reduce process variation and improve factory test yields.
• Use agile software development methods in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
