Malace|HR is seeking EXPERIENCED Custodians for a manufacturing facility in Mt. Juliet, TN, starting ASAP. Shifts include 6am–2:30 PM and 4:00 PM–12:30 PM. Pay is $20.00 per hour with steel-toe boots required.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across offices, production floors, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas, plus equipment operation and proper chemical handling. Prior custodial work preferred.

Competenze

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, or industrial facility is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Mansioni

• Clean and maintain office areas, production floors, break rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual and powered cleaning equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated collection areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, fixtures, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, tables, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Refill paper products, soap, and other restroom and janitorial supplies.
• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other custodial equipment safely.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Report maintenance issues, spills, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Maintain assigned cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas in an organized condition.
• Follow all facility rules, PPE requirements, safety procedures, and subcontractor policies.
• Perform additional cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned by management.
