Linde Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Maintenance Technician in Appleton, WI to safely maintain, service, and occasionally install cryogenic supply systems including nitrogen, argon, oxygen, CO, and hydrogen.

The role supports multiple industries with preventive maintenance and field service across outdoor work environments. The candidate will document maintenance activities in the CMMS, operate safely under NFPA and CGA guidelines, and respond to calls during business hours with after-hours

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience maintaining mechanical and rotating systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repairs of piping systems, pumps, PLCs, regulators, and heat exchangers.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods for industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software packages, including maintenance management systems.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Safely maintain, service, and occasionally install or remove bulk cryogenic systems (gases like nitrogen, argon, oxygen, CO, and hydrogen).
• Support and maintain supply systems across medical gas, biomedical research, manufacturing, and other industries.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance per Linde standards, NFPA, and CGA guidelines.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS and uphold customer service standards.
• Conduct fieldwork outdoors in all weather, using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed.
• Respond to service calls during business hours and participate in after-hours on-call support.
• Promote a safety-focused work environment by following procedures and driving operational excellence.
