Job summary

Linde Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Maintenance Technician in Missouri to safely maintain, service, and occasionally install cryogenic supply systems across multiple industries.

You will perform routine preventive maintenance and document activities in a CMMS while upholding our customer service standards. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of piping, pumps, PLCs, and regulators, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience maintaining mechanical and rotating systems in industrial manufacturing.
• Proven installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repairs of piping systems, pumps, PLCs, forward and back pressure regulators, and heat exchangers.
• Apply knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods for industrial mechanical and production equipment.
• Strong computer proficiency includes Microsoft Office, Excel, smartphones, tablets, and handheld data entry devices.
• Excellent communication and team interaction skills with the ability to work independently and effectively lead or participate in teams.
• Strong documentation and record keeping capabilities along with proficiency in computers and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain, service, and occasionally install or remove bulk cryogenic supply systems.
• Support and maintain supply systems across multiple industries.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance per standards (NFPA and CGA).
• Document maintenance activities in a CMMS and uphold customer service standards.
• Work outdoors in all weather, safely accessing elevated equipment with ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
• Respond to service calls during business hours and participate in on-call after-hours support.
• Contribute to a safety-focused environment by following procedures and promoting excellence.
