Coffman Engineers is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Engineer/Crane Engineer to lead crane projects for aerospace, military, energy, private, and manufacturing sectors. This hybrid role balances design, calculation development, and site support with a collaborative engineering team.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 4+ years crane experience, and strong communication. PE license preferred; SolidWorks experience beneficial; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with crane or heavy machinery engineering is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Engineering and design tasks for crane refurbishment and replacement projects.
• Technical lead and calculation development responsibilities.
• Team coordination and multidisciplinary management.
• Site visits, construction support, load testing.
