Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL is seeking a Counter Technician in West Valley, UT to support branch operations and grow customer relationships. The role involves in-person and remote quoting, assembly of industrial hoses, and ensuring timely delivery.

The candidate should have warehousing or related experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work nights or weekends as required. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1-3 years of related warehousing, construction or production experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Ability to work overtime, as required.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Branch operations for over-the-counter orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Quote customers using product knowledge in person, by phone, or email.
• Build, test, and inspect industrial hose assemblies for customer needs.
• Monitor on-time delivery commitments and assist with expediting as needed.
• Drive sales growth through outbound calls to customers.
