LGG Industrial is seeking a Counter Technician to support branch operations and ensure over-the-counter orders are fulfilled. You will quote customers, build hose assemblies, and deliver technical assistance to account management and customers.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate inventory handling, and proactive outreach to grow sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members. This is an on-site position in Ogden, UT, requiring reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 1-3 years of related warehousing, construction or production experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Ability to work overtime, as required.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required (by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment as required or permitted by law)

Responsibilities

• Support Branch operations to ensure over-the-counter orders are completed.
• Quote customers in-person, by phone or email.
• Build, test, and inspect industrial hose assemblies for customer applications.
• Provide technical/service support to account management and customers.
• Process inquiries to the sales system and assist with sales goals.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and drive growth.
