Job summary

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Controls Field Service Electrician in Ravenna, OH to assemble and wire control panels, install them on heavy machinery, and diagnose electrical issues on-site or in the shop.

The role requires reading schematics, working with safety relays and interlocks, and a strong safety mindset. Travel up to 50% with company-provided travel arrangements is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical work, panel wiring, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and point-to-point diagrams.
• Hands-on familiarity with machine safety hardware (E-stops, safety relays, light curtains, interlocks).
• Proficiency with hand tools and test gear (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset for heavy industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 50% Monday through Thursday every other week.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install panels on heavy industrial machinery; connect sensors, motors, safety interlocks, and emergency stops.
• Lay out and install conduit; perform wire pulling and secure, labeled terminations.
• Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems in the shop and at customer facilities.
• Maintain strict adherence to industrial safety practices and quality standards.

Industrial Controls Field Service ElectricianLocation: Ravenna, Ohio 44266Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour + OT and travel payEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentJob ID: #26-00523A day in the field and shopStart your morning in the shop assembling and wiring an industrial control panel straight from schematics. By midday, you’re installing that panel into heavy equipment, landing terminations, and validating safety circuits—E-stops, light curtains, safety relays, and interlocks. When a customer calls, you’re the one who heads on-site, running conduit, pulling and dressing wire, and methodically troubleshooting with a multimeter or megohmmeter until everything runs flawlessly.
