Job summary

CREATIVE MACHINE REPAIR LLC in Michigan is seeking an Industrial Controls and CNC Service Technician with a background in electrical and controls troubleshooting. You will inspect, test, install and repair industrial equipment, focusing on CNC systems and automated equipment.

The role requires knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, electrical circuits, and high/low voltage concepts. Travel is possible within service areas, and a company vehicle is provided after a probationary period.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Experience in a service related position preferred.
Knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot industrial equipment to determine why it isn’t operating properly.
Source replacement parts.
Remove defective parts and return equipment to proper operation.
Knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, electrical circuits, high/low voltage concepts required.
Familiarity with CNC controls including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Hurco, etc.
Experience with CNCs, robots, stamping presses, feeders, and automated equipment is highly desired.
