Qualifications

• Ability to perform common repairs and replacements on electronic industrial controls equipment found in materials handling equipment.
• Experience with repair and modification of complex electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer manuals.

Responsibilities

• Tests, analyzes, repairs, reconstructs a wide variety of highly complicated electronic, ADP, and electro-mechanical equipment; and specialized integrated and programmable systems and components.
• Modifies and relocates existing systems with documented layouts in drawings, mechanical, electrical.
• Accomplishes component repairs and modifications to the micro-chip level.
• Maintains, repairs, services, and implements modifications on computer controlled material handling systems and related support systems.
• Uses blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, program listings, and manuals to carry out and complete work.
