Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; experience can compensate.
- 5+ years in electrical/instrumentation/controls in industry.
- Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong RCCA and asset reliability experience.
- Knowledge of SAP software and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operations and reliable equipment uptime in production.
- Troubleshoot control systems, calibrate devices, and support PLC/HMI.
- Lead testing, calibration, and repair of control equipment and PID loops.
- Provide PLC/HMI training and SOP contributions for equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor coworkers.
