Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficient in SAP and financial reporting systems (HFM a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional partnering skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting (SAF), long-term planning, monthly close, and group reporting processes for all 3PO activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop cost models, manufacturing variances, operational KPIs, inventory, and profitability analyses to provide actionable financial insights.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to support contract manufacturing, vendor negotiations, capital investments, new business initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
• Drive governance, process improvements, and continuous optimization by preparing business cases, executive presentations, and recommendations that enhance operating efficiency and cost performance.
