Eriez seeks a Control Technician to assemble, wire, and test industrial control equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operation and proper function of controls. You will follow established safety standards, meet production schedules, and perform tests across multiple departments as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a two-year electrical tech degree or equivalent, and experience reading electrical schematics. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Two-year degree in electrical technology or equivalent experience assembling, wiring, and testing industrial control equipment.
• Ability to read and use electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test electrical and basic electronic products.
• Perform layout and drill operations to meet production schedules.
• Use label printer to tag Eriez equipment.
• Wire and test equipment in other departments as needed to meet customer demands.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all aspects of work.
• Complete tasks timely and efficiently as directed by supervisor.
• Operate hand tools, machine tools, torch, drill press, etc.
• Learn Eriez labor and work order collection system.
• Notify supervisor about faulty equipment or defective materials.
