Job summary

LSI Satffing is hiring in North Houston for an Electrical Wireman to assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels in a manufacturing environment.

This full-time position requires reading electrical schematics, performing wiring terminations, and adhering to safety standards. Pay is $22 per hour with weekly pay and overtime as needed. Location: Houston, TX. Schedule: Mon-Fri, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in electrical panel wiring or industrial controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, wire crimpers, meters, and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels from drawings and work instructions.
• Install breakers, relays, transformers, PLCs, terminal blocks, and power supplies.
• Cut, strip, crimp, label, route, and terminate wires and cables.
• Perform point-to-point checks, continuity testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Identify and report wiring, material, or drawing discrepancies.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet deadlines.
