Job summary

STRIKE is seeking an E&I Panel Assembly Technician to fabricate, assemble, wire, inspect, and test industrial panels in a Lean manufacturing setting. You will follow approved drawings and customer specs while meeting safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include wiring, component installation, documentation, and participation in continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of AC/DC circuits.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble industrial electrical panels per documentation.
• Install DIN rails, terminal blocks, relays, and PLC components.
• Prepare enclosures and install cable glands.
• Perform grounding and ensure proper wire routing.
• Read schematics and perform wiring and termination.
• Conduct in-process inspections and FAT support.
• Support Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Maintain tool and workstation organization for safety.
