You will assist with electrical installation, lift and move materials, and support crews under supervision, with emphasis on safety and teamwork on a dynamic jobsite.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely around active construction operations.
• Prior construction or electrical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
• Drug and Background screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of electrical infrastructure, including pulling medium voltage cable by hand.
• Perform general heavy labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, staging materials, and site cleanup.
• Support crews with tool handling, equipment setup, and daily work activities.
• Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor construction environment.

Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Industrial Construction Trainees supporting the installation of electrical systems on a large-scale industrial project. This role is ideal for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and willing to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment.

• Assist with installation of electrical infrastructure, including pulling medium voltage cable by hand
