The Recruiter supports workforce needs through full cycle recruiting across multiple business units, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent aligned with business needs and company values. The role involves handling a high volume requisition load, sourcing via iCIMS, building pipelines, and representing the company at job fairs while advising on market conditions

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial construction, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Experience recruiting for staff and management roles and craft recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Support a high volume requisition load (20+ active openings) across multiple states and business units.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles to ensure alignment on hiring expectations.
• Source candidates through iCIMS-integrated job boards, direct outreach, networking, and hiring events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive compensation trends.
• Ensure a highly responsive and efficient recruiting process, maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage requisition workflow, approvals, and status updates within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
• Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, and Aff.
