Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and manages projects within budget, on time, and to quality standards
• Develops detailed project scope, estimates, and schedules
• Coordinates with client, engineers, field staff, and subcontractors
• Manages subcontractor buyout and procurement activities
• Oversees project close-out, as-built drawings, and documentation
• Maintains safety compliance and drives continuous improvement
