The ideal candidate should possess an industry-related degree and have at least two years of construction project management experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires proactive management and tracking of various project documents and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of construction project management experience preferred.
• LEAN principles experience desirable.
• OSHA 30 preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain construction documents and drawings.
• Collaborate on requests for information (RFI).
• Track subcontractor requests for changes.
