Do you have Industrial Construction experience with PEMB, Tilt Wall, ROM, and GMP? Have you been involved in "Ground Up and Design Build" industrial construction? Any experience in aviation industrial construction earns you extra points! We are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Estimator with a strong background in large-scale, ground-up industrial projects. This is a full-time, in-office position located in the Tomball area of Houston, TX. We are also recruiting for Traveling Superintendent and Project Managers. The ideal candidates will bring over 10 years of estimating experience, including work with aviation facilities and design-build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for industrial construction projects across multiple states
• Provide ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) estimates
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and 3rd-party contractors to ensure accurate estimates
• Analyze project drawings and specifications for estimating scope (no take-offs required)
• Participate in project planning and preconstruction meetings
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of industrial construction estimating experience
• Degree in Construction Management
• Proven experience with ground-up construction and design-build projects
• Experience in aviation facility construction is a strong plus
• Knowledge of GMP contracts and estimating practices in multiple states
• Familiarity with Tilt Wall and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to travel up to 3 days per month as needed
