Construction Job Force is seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Electrician for projects throughout California, based in Bakersfield. The role requires strong industrial electrical experience, plus leadership to guide field crews and ensure installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems from low-voltage controls to 480V equipment.
Responsibilities include conduit installation, wiring, switchgear, MCCs, cable trays, reading blueprints, and ensuring NEC compliance.

Pay: $30-$45/hr DOE + Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time | Frequent Overtime Available
The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial electrical experience, as well as experience leading crews in the field, and the ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems ranging from low-voltage controls to 480V industrial equipment.
This position supports industrial facilities and construction projects throughout California. Employees work in active industrial and construction environments utilizing conduit, switchgear, MCCs, cable trays, control systems, and power distribution equipment. Frequent travel during the work week is expected along with approximately 10-15 hours of overtime per week. Safety, quality workmanship, professionalism, and teamwork are critical to success in this role.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, CA.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
