Job summary

Quality Process Services QPS seeks an experienced Industrial/Construction Electrical Supervisor to lead现场 electrical crews on varied projects. This hands-on role requires supervising installations, ensuring safety, maintaining schedules, and contributing to field work as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial/construction electrical work, with strong leadership and blueprint-reading abilities, plus familiarity with NEC and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/commercial electrical experience (supervisory preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in the field with tools while supervising others.
• Familiarity with NEC code and OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel or work on varying job sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial and construction projects.
• Perform hands-on electrical work including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Manage job site productivity, manpower, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and code compliance.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
• Maintain job site documentation and progress reports.

Job Title: Industrial / Construction Electrical Supervisor

Location: Will Vary Depending on Project Location

Hours: Will typically be 10-12 per day

Per diem: will be available depending on project and location

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial/Construction Electrical Supervisor who is not only able to lead crews in the field but is also willing and capable of working with their tools. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising electrical installations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, and actively participating in field work alongside the crew when needed.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly skilled electrician, and someone who leads by example on the job site.

Key Responsibilities
