Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Director of Construction) to support planning and execution of commercial and industrial development projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role coordinates consultants and contractors, reviews project information, and tracks cost and schedule performance to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Regular travel to active project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in commercial construction or related field.
• Experience with drawings, specs, budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional interaction with leaders, consultants, contractors, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, permitting, construction, and turnover with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals; track comments and resolve issues.
• Support RFP processes, bid tabs, and scope comparisons; draft contracts as needed.
• Maintain project records; provide concise status updates and turnover documentation.
