Zusammenfassung

SCS Engineers is seeking an Industrial Compliance Leader to expand our Southwest Environmental Services team. The role focuses on industrial compliance consulting with related brownfields and due diligence work, based in one of several California or Southwest offices.

You will report to the Southwest ES Leader and drive strategic growth across CA, AZ, NV, and nearby markets. You will manage projects, lead teams, write technical reports, and develop proposals while growing client relationships

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance and industrial compliance.
• CHMM Certification or professional registration (P.G. or P.E.) not required but preferred.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing.

Aufgaben

• Lead industrial compliance practice area and drive growth in air permitting, industrial and RCRA compliance, stormwater, and environmental auditing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage client plans and marketing efforts.
• Manage project teams, forecast workload, and handle contracts, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Write and review technical reports and deliver professional services on time per regulations and project profitability.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and collaborate with vendors and third parties.
