Job summary

Symbiotic Services in Conover, NC is seeking an experienced Combo Sewer for a furniture manufacturing role. You will sew complete furniture covers, cushions, ottomans, and pillows in a climate-controlled plant and adhere to production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Combo sewing experience required.
• Furniture or upholstery manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew cushion and flatwork components per production schedules.
• Work with complex fabrics while maintaining accuracy and high-quality workmanship.
• Read and understand production tickets, specifications, and related instructions.
• Meet established production efficiency and quality standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
