Parker Hannifin's Industrial Gas Filtration & Generation division seeks a Paint/Sandblast Operator to perform powder coating and sandblasting tasks. The role involves following safety policies, preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and maintaining equipment. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to read instructions are required; a high school diploma or GED is necessary. This position operates on-site in a manufacturing setting with Parker systems training provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years’ manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and mix paints per ratios.
• Must pass physical and fit test to operate paint equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn Parker systems.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established safety and environmental policies, procedures and methods applicable to the work area.
• Knowledge of powder coating process.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
• Sandblast: ensure no grease or liquids on product, mask areas not to be blasted, follow work instructions for equipment.
• Paint: mix coating liquids, mask areas, spray surfaces, brush hard-to-reach areas, clean equipment and change colors as needed.
