Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand measuring devices.
• Experience with high power tools (e.g. impacts, wrenches).
• Previous experience with industrial painting.
• Previous experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the department Supervisor to assist with daily operations.
• Follow instructions during the operation process.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Mix paints to correct ratios as required.
• Operate HVLP guns and related painting equipment.
• Read and interpret job travelers after operation is completed.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment.
• Use protective equipment as necessary; follow safety procedures.
