Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Crane CNC-PLC Maintenance Electrician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, CNC machinery, PLCs, and crane-related equipment to keep production running safely and reliably.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical/electronic maintenance, PLC controls, wiring diagrams, and electrical testing. It includes shift work and compliance with union and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial electrical/electronic maintenance or equivalent training.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical equipment, motors, and controls.
• Familiar with 480-volt three-phase systems and ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on electrical/electronic systems, PLCs, CNCs and crane equipment.
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Back up software and coordinate with teams on safety and reliability.
• Train staff and assist in records, parts ordering, and reports.
