Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable General Laborer/Technician to support industrial and environmental cleaning across customer worksites. You will operate high-pressure water blasting guns, set up equipment, and work in demanding environments with a safety-first mindset.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Travel across multiple states is expected, with extended shifts and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or maintenance environments preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow MPW health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Set up jobsite equipment including water blast hoses, barricades, and safety tags.
• Operate water blasting tools and lances for industrial cleaning applications.
• Handle vacuum hoses for material removal and environmental cleaning.
• Assist with debris removal, and operate automated tooling as required.
• Support team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
