Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Technician to support industrial and environmental cleaning across multiple customer worksites. Hands-on use of specialized tools and equipment is required to safely complete cleaning projects in demanding settings.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on tool or heavy equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, and a strong safety mindset. Travel to states and extended shifts may be necessary to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Valid government ID to access customer worksites.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with tools or heavy equipment.
• Outdoor manual labor or physically demanding work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow MPW health and safety policies at all times.
• Report to branch/jobsite on time and prepared for daily tasks.
• Set up jobsite equipment (water blast hoses, vacuum hoses, barricades, tags).
• Operate water blasting tools and related equipment for cleaning tasks.
• Handle vacuum hoses for debris removal and environmental cleaning.
• Use hand tools to assist with debris removal and task completion.
• Operate automated tooling and specialized cleaning equipment as required.
• Assist with safe operation of aerial platform lifts and access equipment.
• Maintain situational awareness in active industrial environments.
• Inspect and clean tools and equipment before returning to the branch.
• Support team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Adapt to varying jobsite conditions and client requirements.
