Harris ML Group is seeking janitorial technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in an industrial setting, with duties including heavy cleaning and routine maintenance.

The role supports part-time hours up to 20 hours weekly, requiring availability Mon–Sat from 8am–1pm and ability to lift up to 15 lbs while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday (8am–1pm)
• Ability to stand for 2–3 hours consecutively
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Must be able to lift 15 lbs
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Commercial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory
• Industrial environment cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Work up to 20 hours per week
