Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish in the United States is seeking a janitorial technician to join the team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment across facilities.

Responsibilities include heavy cleaning (floors, trash, disinfection), routine maintenance, closet organization, and equipment care. Hours per week vary by location; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 2 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work independently and without daily supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, removing trash and disinfecting surfaces daily.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
