Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Technician to support operations with hands-on industrial cleaning and labor tasks on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10PM–6:30AM) in Ohio. You will contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment across multiple job sites, reporting to team leaders and supervisors.

The role requires a strong work ethic, safety focus, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts, including nights.
Understand and follow safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Arrive at assigned job sites on time and maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers.
Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by team leaders, supervisors, or account managers.
Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently to support task completion.
Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency are met.
Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to the team leader immediately.
Maintain work areas, equipment, and break spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
