Job summary

MPS Group, Inc. is seeking a reliable Janitor to support the Cleveland Cliffs Facility in Middletown, OH. The role includes cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, offices and common areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment across industrial sites.

The ideal candidate will follow written and verbal instructions in English, pass an OSHA safety training, and stand for long periods. High school education is preferred, with a valid driver’s license as a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a basic medical exam.
• Able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work in various industrial settings and PPE is required.
• Familiar with commercial and industrial janitorial processes.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, clean bathrooms, offices and breakrooms.
• Empty trash, vacuum, and restock toiletries and soap.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Assist with site-specific duties as directed by management.
