Job summary

PrimeCrew Solutions is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in industrial and facility environments. This full-time role involves routine cleaning and support for deep cleaning and special projects, with emphasis on safety and dependability.

The ideal candidate will follow all safety procedures, work physically, and perform tasks efficiently in break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas while supporting site-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Industrial or commercial janitorial experience.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings: background check, drug test, medical evaluation, fit test.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, break areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and power wash floors in designated areas.
• Dust surfaces including ledges, vents, equipment, and overhead structures.
• Refill supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers.
• Clean windows, walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special project work when required.
