Qualifications

• Communication skills to convey information effectively.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for manhours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and push/pull 150 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
• Works safely at all times.
• Completes tasks in accordance with standardized quality checklists.
• Continually seeks opportunities to improve onsite activities.

• Reviews best practices to improve efficiency in time, materials, and safety.

• All other duties as assigned by the Leadec manager.
