Job summary

Leadec is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to support maintenance, clean production areas and equipment, and assist with documentation of repair details as directed by the Team Leader and Maintenance Manager. The role requires safe work habits, use of PPE, 5S housekeeping, and cleaning in a Clean Room Environment.

You will follow work plans, perform PMs, and contribute to continuous improvement and timely communication on site.

Qualifications

• One year of industrial experience and janitorial experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical theory required.
• SAP/CMMS maintenance system preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders from sketches/manuals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Leadec values and follows safety rules at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment per plan.
• Assist with documentation of repair details as directed by leadership.
• Support 5S and housekeeping in the clean room environment.
• Review best practices to improve time, material usage, and safety.
• Wear required PPE and work within ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 frameworks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
