Clarios in Florence, Kentucky is seeking a dependable Janitor/Industrial Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe manufacturing facility. You will support plant operations by cleaning production areas and common spaces, following safety and housekeeping standards.

This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule that includes weekends, with weekly pay and benefits starting Day 31. Clarios values teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail as you help keep the facility clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, industrial cleaning, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift as required.
• Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, including weekends as scheduled.
• Willingness to follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and waste.
• Clean floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and environmental procedures.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or facility concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
