Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Industrial Cleaner to perform cleaning tasks in an industrial environment. The Industrial Cleaner reports issues to the supervisor and carries out assigned duties under the contract with the customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position
• On the job training will be provided
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions effectively

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling
• Clean the restroom using disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors
• Clean the plant floor and machinery
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly
• Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs
