We are seeking experienced custodial service workers to work 4-6 hours per shift in industrial and manufacturing buildings. The position offers approximately 20-35 hours per week with flexible schedules and competitive pay. Our goal is to provide a safe working environment for our customers. Shifts available are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Currently, we follow additional disinfection guidelines outlined by Pennsylvania, including:

• Routine cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas according to CDC guidelines in accessible spaces.
• Maintaining existing cleaning protocols in all other areas of the facility.
• Ensuring sufficient staffing to perform these protocols safely.
• Having security staff to control access, maintain order, and enforce social distancing.

Job Position Description:

This role involves creating cleaner and healthier environments by performing various cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and furniture moving. Responsibilities also include maintaining supplies, using PPE, security system management, and other duties as assigned.

Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Experience in professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is beneficial. Flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dependability, and good communication skills in English are essential.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward. Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products.
