BBA Consultants is seeking an Intermediate Civil/Structural Engineer to join our US team in Tucson. You will lead the civil and structural design of heavy industrial projects from feasibility through construction support, applying North American codes and standards.

Responsibilities include engineering analysis, delivering calculations and reports, coordinating with multidiscipline teams, mentoring junior staff, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and client discussions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural focus.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure in the applicable US jurisdiction.
• 5–10 years of relevant civil and structural engineering experience.
• Experience in industrial, mining, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of North American civil/structural codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design of heavy industrial projects from feasibility through construction support.
• Perform engineering analysis and design per US codes and standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare calculations, reports, specifications, and construction packages.
• Interface with clients to clarify requirements and support project delivery.
