Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver position. The Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver delivers and exchanges full cylinders and liquid vessels for empty ones. The driver also delivers freight to customers on a weekly route stop.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and accurately fill out truck manifest
• Load and unload cylinders
• Accurately fill out gas invoices
• Deliver freight and gas cylinders to customers
• Take basic orders from customers when needed
• Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
• Answer telephone calls promptly
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
• Sell welding and safety products and services to customer
• Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer
• Research products needed for customer special applications
• Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation
• Stock shelves when needed
• Generate sales quotes to customers
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
• $24-$26/ Hr DOE

Qualifications

• Minimum Class A CDL license with Hazmat Endorsement
• Able to pass a DOE Government Background check
