Job description

Job Title: Scale Operator

Type: Long Term

Location: Houston, Texas 77020

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. The Scale Operator will float between multiple locations and eventually settle at the main location in Houston, Texas 77020.
2. Assist customers at the scale and cashier office.
3. Handle data entry, cashier duties, and record keeping. Training on the scale will be provided.
4. Perform accurate data entry, answer phones, and file paperwork as needed.
5. Perform occasional general labor work in the yard.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Excellent customer service skills, some cash handling experience, and basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
