Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and set forms; operate level and transit.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge and ability to build forms and set forms.
• Read blueprints; advanced layout; use of Simon forms; layout of anchor bolts.
• Ability to use level (instrument); ability to use transit; ability to tie rebar;
• Finish carpentry work; read tape/ruler; set screeds; material takeoff from drawings
• Install batter boards; safety requirements for building work; and operation of pneumatic and electric power tools
