Qualifications

• 4 years of industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge and ability to build forms and set forms.
• Read blueprints; advanced layout; use of Simon forms; layout of anchor bolts.
• Ability to use level and transit; tie rebar.
• Finish carpentry work; read tape measure; set screeds; material takeoff from drawings.
• Install batter boards; safety requirements for building work; operate pneumatic and electric power tools
